# TED's Pre-Game Product

## Vault System: Programmatic DeFi Sports Betting

#### Overview

Agent TED’s vault system is the capital and reward layer that powers all automated trading activity.

Users stake $TED to gain exposure to every strategy executed by TED’s AI pricing engine. Capital is deployed programmatically, profits are aggregated at the system level, and rewards are distributed on-chain.

#### Strategy Execution

TED runs multiple pre-game strategies in parallel:

* **Moneyline Strategy (Lower Variance):** Single-leg positions driven by high-confidence pricing edges.
* **Parlay Strategy (Higher Variance):** Multi-leg positions designed to capture convex payouts from correlated mispricing.

Profits from both models flow into a single reward pool. When TED’s bankroll generates at least $5,000 in profit above its base capital, a **reward stream** is triggered and distributed to stakers.

#### Vault Mechanics <a href="#vault-mechanics" id="vault-mechanics"></a>

* Vaults were seeded with $50,000 USDC from the TED team.
* USDC is generated through profits from AI-generated bets

Users simply stake TED tokens to participate; no USDC deposit is required.

### Payout Structure

* 80% of profits go to TED stakers (pro rata based on vault share)
* 20% of profits are retained as liquidity for future betting rounds
